I've not been to an Indian market and only ever found lamb an halal sections at grocers. i usually buy the uncursed variety, but on occasion I'll pick up a halal rack of lamb, break it apart, wrap each rib in ground pork and bake them not just to piss in allah's Cheerios, but also too because pork fat is on par with butter, coriander and bonito in the pantheon of great flavors. i wanna try mutton *sigh*
