If you can get your hands on any four of these spells: Circle of Summer, Circle of Winter, Form of the Howler, Spirit of Scale; and turn them in all at once. You will get all four of the quest spells back, including Egress.

Oh wow, really? I had just assumed it was completely random each time what spell the quest would give. Like, you could just receive 4 Upheavals in a row if you were unlucky or something like that.
