Sorry to inform the OP that it is definitely ones outlook that often (but not always, some things in life do in fact just suck a big one) makes things in life "sucks ass." It is a shame the OP has such a hard time looking at the glass half full but trust me when I say it is. Not everything is sunshine and roses of course, man has made and created some rather horrible blunders that in hindsight do not work or is fair to everyone / anyone but to state that everything man has designed up to our current time "sucks ass" is just a false statement no matter whom is making the claim. Since often we have no choice or control in the matter try and enjoy what cards you have been dealt and if you don't like your hand you can always toss a few back and try your luck with another. I'm naturally more optimistic then pessimistic these days and I find having this view makes everything, even the things that "suck ass," a bit more tolerable.
