In Trakanon's Teeth. Patrol for one near 0, -1000 is most certainly bugged. He was visible, but desynced and technically traveling on tree tops and teleporting around. He was at one point on top the aqueduct and completely invisible at other times, showing up and standing still but moving far beyond that on track.
