State of Red99 recap
I haven't played red99 in a while. Probably a year+. I was around and played pretty much from the beginning of fresh until fresh dismantled and empire became the only guild. Tmo vs empire was in the works and thunder dome was also around.
Now I'm seeing this tempest guild. So my question is what happened to empire? And is tempest the new 1 dominating guild on the server? If not, who?
