I don't support it, but it was talked about before and it is almost a viable option...to get the highest skilled red labor forced onto green, with an excellent power level train to get accounts to 50's as fast as possible because there will be a high turnover rate for all of the training penalties.

I suggest PLing two disparate guilds, so we can maintain our existing feuds, mass red booking, and generally causing everyone inconvenience by holding massed PVP battles (as is a rightly intended part of the red book mechanic) in hotly contested zones. The only player mediation these guilds will accept is trial by combat. Might makes right.
