Im not sure if at the end there I gave him 4 rawhide gloves because I'm too tired right now and not going to check, but the wiki does say all you need is indifferent faction to obtain the
Incandecscent gloves, however as you can see at the end there unless I turn in a bunch of raw hide to that guy, that that may not be the case?
