About 4 weeks later (last patch) Melalafen was introduced into west wastes. That evening I went to him, and hailed and barraged him with every statement regarding ST I could come up with, the successful statement being: 'what prismatic dragon scale'

Based on the above, prismatic scales started dropping in Post-Sleeper ST in August 2001, and Melalafen was added in September 2001.
