Especially since from my perspective this guy zoned in, took my camp, got me killed, ignored me, then later claimed he was AFK there the whole time. Potentially the whole thing could be misunderstanding. Maybe I didn't notice him in zone several hours before the incident and he got unwarranted flak, but someone definitely took my camp and got me killed by inadvertently pulling the GM warrior.

Except the RV guards aren’t a camp. You’re not entitled to all of them under the PnP. So technically if someone is at fault here it’s you for trying to claim the entirety of the guards as your camp in violation of the PnP.
Sometimes people aggro other NPCs while fighting guards in cities. Sometimes those NPCs end up in other parts of the city as a result of chasing the person. If you get killed by that NPC that’s just bad luck, the other person didn’t do anything wrong or bad. It’s the same as if someone ran out of a dungeon from a train and you wandered into the train while zoning in. Just classic EQ for you. You should just loot and move on. Messaging the dude and his guild over it is pointless and ridiculous.
