Your welcome. It only took me 4 hours on the phone, with 3 support level escalations, and 2 separate phone numbers to call before I could get the raw facts on this L3 outage.

I stayed on the phone all night in front of my PC for you guys. They were hesitant to tell me anything in level 1. Level 2 was much more talkative but still holding back. When I got to level 3, it was smooth sailing but it took me the better part of an evening.
