Dwarf cultural armor has stupid amounts of str AND sta along with the wisdom. And has great ac. Those combinations are what separate it from other cultural armor. Pretty solid MR from them iirc too.
Cleric race really doesn’t matter, but I’d go dark elf. The snare necklace they get is kinda cool but really just having hide kicks ass.
