Is milk considered sweet? It obviously contains sugar but I don't think they add sugar to it... I'm fairly careful about added sugar in my diet. Now I have to go check the milk in the fridge.
This morning, I had a Chobani plain yogurt for breakfast and a cup of black coffee.
