Just get a big ass arena raid. Pull *everything*. Pull PoZs, pull gladiators, pull all the named mobs, pull everything from the see invis line, pull both sides
No matter what, you'll hit max ally CoV in a matter of hours. Even if you were kos to start with, this method fixes it very quickly
The problem with this is that it requires a genuinely huge raid. Paradox and other guilds used to open raid kael with like 100 people. That's where you'll get the most faction in the shortest time.
Or you can log in once every 5 days and try to get a hit off statue/AoW
