TEAMS with perhaps the /guildwar function enabled? This could allow guilds to go rogue and turn on their own team. Certain obvious measures would need to be implemented to stop people from abusing the system. For example, once /guildwar is declared, members cannot de-guild or leave to avoid retribution for a certain length of time, etc. This would also help solve the problem of 1 team gaining supreme dominance.
