I actually think shaman melee damage with GFG will be identical to Exq Brawl Stick due to dmg cap. See link to other thread on this:

With damage cap set at shaman at 52, that essentially makes Brawl Stick a 26/36 weapon, which coincidentally also makes GFG 26/36 as well. Both with a .722222 dmg ratio. Both with same delay for casting between swing efficiency. Both better (dmg wise) than REIF ratio of .632. GFG is probably better actually, since it has some stats and costs 1/3 of Exq. Brawl Stick. Both able to PWN

Of note, PWC has nearly as good of a ratio (.714) as GFG and costs even less (600p vs 2500p). Faster though, so might be slightly harder to cast between swings.
