I can't tell from the mumbo jumbo in the OP but this should be 100% identical to bond of death as far as mana and hp.
Bond of Death is 360mana for 720hp over Time.
Deflux is 198 mana for 315 hp immediately.
I guess the new one is more efficient than Deflux if thats the case.
