Thex Mallet quest can give you a ring that lets you bind anywhere as a Dark Elf SK/Necromancer. I think the ring was removed later on in Classic.

Do we know if it is on Green/Teal, and if so when it gets removed? The wiki says it no longer gets rewarded on Blue.
