All energy is cyclical. Photons increase the mass of what they heat. Phonons, however, decrease the mass as they possess negative mass. A graviton also possesses negative mass, whilst an electron possesses mass.
Time-space is the primary resistant for gravitons and phonons, and matter is the primary resistant for electrons and photons
