As discussed in the above link, WinEQ2 solves some Multi/Dual/Quad-Core Issues.

If you are experiencing issues with rapid movement, or very slow movement / frame rate, double durations, crashing, etc, try running EQ under WinEQ2, Found at Http://www.lavishsoft.com.
I wanted to make it clear, how to download EinEQ2. You don't need to sign up, and you don't need to pay for anything. *Edit 1/2015 While Lavish does not require you to log in to download the software, it does require a log in when you use the software. The registration was free and easy and did not require any personal information. I registered a random account - user name: Activate Password: wineq2 If you REALLY don't want to bother to register, you may use this login, although i'm not sure if it will allow multiple users running at the same time. I'm sure someone will commnet if it doesn't work

Step 1. Click here: Http://www.lavishsoft.com

Step 2. This is what you will see when clicking at Step 1. Click where I have clircled in red:

Step 3. This is what you will see when clicking at Step 2. Click where I have clircled in red:

When clicking Step 3, you will begin the download.
