Going to need plenty of clarification on several things if this is the route you want to take the server. Heres just a few:

1. How does HoT work? Are guilds allowed to do HoT whenever they want still or is that a once every 9 weeks ordeal too?

2. Repeat question 1 in regards to HoT minis (for Dozekar quests). Are they only allowed to be killed on your week?

3. Do server rules apply on your week? Can you get tracker FTE or have more than 2 people in North and when a dragon spawns, are you disqualified or eligible still?

4. Can guilds, when it isnt their turn, still have random people at zone in or at west or east while another guild is clearing their spawns? Can people still zone in and go to PoM if they desire or do they have to wait?

These are just a few things that need to be clarified ASAP. I'm sure there will be plenty more in the coming weeks as well.
