Impossible to really provide good meaningful feedback on a question like that, without having a better idea of what is important to you, how many friends you might have in each guild, etc.
I would suggest you reach out and try to join a few of their raids, join groups with people from each guild, visit their discords, etc. Try to get a feel for who they are, what their culture is like, and whether or not you think it would be a good fit.
