Edit: My 60 ranger's 1hs skill and offence skill are both red at 240, parry red at 185. Dodge red at 137. Not sure if working as intended, what are the skill caps supposed to be?
guild master skill trainer Morin Shadowbane tells me my skills are 250 (slash), 220 (parry) and 170 (dodge).

Visiting Cobalt Scar STILL fixes the UI side of things but if the defense bug was real there is no way the offense stats are any different. Confirming what Jimjam is seeing.
