Thats unfortunate but you may want to message someone on staff or post this in the main bug forum though because none of the current staff develops for red or even looks at the red server related forums.
Posting stuff here just lets other people on the server know to abuse it. The last PvP change was years ago when the terrible anti hack fix broke tracking forever and it has been like that ever since.
