Those things suck, ive had to do a 30 day monitor twice now. First one I had was wires with several stickies that were attached to a device. The second one was much better, just one sticky in the middle of the chest, that was wireless and came with its own cell phone to transmit data and get in showers when it was time to replace the batteries and sticky in the chest unit.
