I have discovered the source of the bug I was facing (many resists in a row on a single mob).

- AE Rain Spells were resisted 100% of the time when an NPC was above
level 20 and had less than 10% of its hit points left. This will no

OP were any of the mobs (or your pet) you were raining low on HP when you cast the spell? Perhaps this is what was triggering the forced resists?
