You can place custom cursors files in your UI folder and they will work
You can find cursors on sites like this one
http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-library
Copy the arrow.cur (if you just want the main pointer) or all six .cur files into your UI folder (uifiles/Velious for green) and then reload
