I have this issue last week too, i was fail to zone and drop to login screen sometimes, and getting worse crash every single time when zoning, even fail to login.
Then i go to shopping mall buy a new router, but it didn't help....
do some google and most of the solution won't help, at last i saw someone said "check your router security setting, is that wpa/wpa2, can't explain the reason just change it or you can change it back anyway"
Then i go to the router setting found that its default setting is wpa/wpa2, i change it to wpa2-psk, Woot i can play EQ everyday after this lol, wish this can help~
*I just change the old router setting from wpa to wpa/wpa2 few days before this issue happen....
