If I understand things correctly there isn't a problem here. From what I've read, I believe this is how the events took place.
-Farmer been offering loot rights of earring for ages with no takers.
-Person in zone notices the desperation in this pixel junkie and strikes a deal for 2 earrings for sake of self convenience.
-Sometime after the first earring is looted, Farmer gets an offer from another Individual for more PP.
-Farmer tries to use dumb-fu on said Person in an attempt to get payment for half of the delivered product.
-Person resists the attempt and demands Farmer oblige his probably non-binding contract of 2 earrings.
-Farmer hatches a drug induced plan and proceeds to open the RNF forums.
Seems a pretty clear cut case of "who gives a shit?" If the scenario did indeed play out this way.
