That you think using the most common spell bards use to tag with, that only lasts 18 seconds, is "debuffing statue" and not just tagging/pulling him like every single bard does with every raid mob they ever pull/tag. Imagine not realizing that the bard "debuff" will be long gone by the time the mob hits the camp at zoneline.
