Is the 5 second rule the "consensus of the mass" now? Somehow I highly doubt that of the 20 or 25 people present at roll, that a majority or even a strong plurality think that it should be 5 seconds and any roll after 5 seconds, even if it's at 5.1034234 seconds, should be DQd.
This is a quest which SOLELY REQUIRES warmly faction with Droga. This is not a quest the results of which directly yield a BiS item or anything near as competitive.
