Once I started taking the proper mineral, water, and fiber intake my ass pretty much mostly wipes itself.
I thought I was screwed with permanent hemorrhoids and ulcers for life.
All that seems to be np now. Especially if I avoid the great value kraft cheeses in my giant pizza casseroles.
