Ironically, Blue is unclasically
behind the timeline (quite possibly the only time I've ever seen that). Per Lord Nilbog himself:

Until a patch in 2001, light blue npcs didn't exist.

Note that that's the same patch that changed "Anti-bottom feeding code has been removed from the Stonebrunt Mountains and the Warrens." ... and that code
has been removed here (or at least I heard it had; haven't personally checked). Similarly it "Added a melee bind location to the dock in Iceclad.", and I
have bound there.
