Going to train a little less and keep calories low. But holy hell I was terrible running today. Ran one mile then I broke down and just did flat out sprints 1 mile and walked doing butt kicks, high knees, lunges and squats the last mile.

Still feel ok, no pain. Normally I can at least maintain a decent slow pace and heart rate.

Almost made myself pass out on the final sprint. Got really nauseous and dizzy.

I'm crazy though, could probably push myself to death, but I'm ok probably.
please take it easy with the sprinting and stuff. work endurance and patience. cardiac stress joint stress.

moderation keeps you at it long term.
