Priestess Ghalea/Soil of Underfoot
When Hailed she does not respond at all. Attempted multiple attempts at handing in Fairy Dust to obtain the Soil of Underfoot. Do not have Soil in my inventory or bank. She doesn't even state anything when handed the dust. It usually directs you to talk to someone in the paladin guild if your faction isn't high enough. I have Warmly faction and per Wiki it only took kindly in the past. I have completed this quest before on my druid. Not sure if anyone has any information on this and if I may be in the wrong. Something doesn't seem right since with the quest currently.
