Everyone is also a criminal, no matter how minor their offenses, having broken or conspired to break a law at one point in their life, but that argument isn't used as a defense for those who are charged with war crimes.
Perhaps this whole "he who is without racism cast the first stone" argument would be more convincing if you were of middle eastern descent but, judging by your username, you are almost certainly white.
