Meljeldin received an intermediate upgrade this month. The image next to June 2001 in the post you linked is incorrect (it's the same picture as Oct 2001) - if you follow the link for June 2001 you will see that it is supposed to be

As for Blackstar, are you sure it's not upgraded yet? Thought I heard from guildies that it was.
I do think they erred when processing that post on Cekenar's table though, Frosted Ice Spike and Wurmscale Fistwraps have been dropping since Velious launch on green and they should be Oct 2001 additions to his table.
