cost me a piece of my mind, but I have managed to complete wiki's newest page:
Buff Lines. Although "complete" is a bit generous: there's still a lot of item-based buffs missing. The important thing is that it now contains all player-based buffs (plus a healthy amount of items), so I'm stepping away from it.
There are instructions at the top of the page, but basically it can answer all of your questions about what stacks with what, how you can max ___ stat, or which Plane of Mischief flower is best for raiders (hint: it's not the Blue/Magic one). It also has some nifty filtering checkboxes so that you can see only Druid buffs (or only procs, or only Druid/Wizard/Shaman buffs and procs, or ...)
