If you're at stormfeather camp and in line but he spawns and the person in front of you doesnt engage and appears afk, how long do you have to wait before you yourself can engage? 30 seconds? 1 min? Obviously id send the person a tell first and let them know the mobs up! I'm just wondering what the rules are here.

If you look at the camp rules or
rulings page on the wiki there's a quote from Menden saying "I would say 5ish minutes for this encounter." in response to a question of how long to wait on someone that's afk when SF spawns.
