What's the accurate source of information on the Wiki? The item's specific page or the jewelcrafting tradeskills page? There are multiple items where the trivial levels on one of the pages are different from what they are listed at on the other.

P99 itself hasn't had consistent trivials for it's entire history: stuff got fixed when people figured out it was wrong. As a result, even if people
didn't make mistakes (and of course, they do), there's still plenty of genuine-but-conflicting/wrong info.
Unfortunately the only way to determine which is which is to test it yourself. In theory though whichever one was edited more recently is probably more likely to be correct, so you could always check the history.
