Someone didn't actually read the Vanity Fair article.

Most Independents believe, by 39% to 31%, that the president withheld military aid to Ukraine until the Ukrainians agreed to announce investigations into his political rivals, and by similar margins, 40% to 35%, believe Trump “abused his power” to affect the 2020 elections.
