Yeah the Velious armor images were pulled from

Muggens, there is a Fashion section of Allakhazam which you can find through the Wayback Machine which shows SOME Armor on SOME races. But it's all Classic vs Luclin graphics. It doesn't cover Velious graphics as far as I know.
I don't know of any other source for this.
