The first round of level 50s will be toons that are played 24/7 in shifts. I don't expect more than MAYBE a couple handfuls of these groups of characters. Remember they won't need to logout, even to sleep, so they'll manage to pull ahead of the next-closest group of levelers (the hardest-core single-person-per-toon players) Sunday night at the latest. At this point they'll be the only groups competing in the level 30+ range.
It less than way 200 hours /played to reach lvl 50 in a full group (let alone the soldiers) when you discount competing for mobs. Even in a fresh-server setting as these groups will all have multiple Mages with a Cleric and an Enchanter.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Naggy die as early as weekend two (assuming enough tanks are power-leveled in these full-time leveling groups)
Ironically it'll be the more casual players who end up leveling in the most competitive environment while the already-50s farm stuff like Hill Giants, Eboots, FBSS etc.
