Is there a limit on time to hand in ring 8, there been some problem with hand in where it been stall to 1:30 hours back. Now ppl have to wait a long time to hand in. Should this be change as same of scout roll or have a 5 min to hand after since one has 30 min before hand to prep? |
An unfortunate side effect of these player made agreements, is that once the GM's decide they are established rules, there is really no easy way to change them. All it takes is one person to disagree, and you eat a suspension for violating a player made agreement.
