I don't see what kind of claim the Azeri's have to Nagorgon-Krabbylath. After the last conflict the Armenians ethnically cleansed the whole area. The kicked out like half to a million Azeris. We should reward that kind of hard effort and let them keep it.
I mean imagine moving all those Azeri's back in, with all the wagons and the dogs and the crying children, and then ten years later they're on their way out again.
