I have a low level druid alt, and I really want a Scryer group for Guk, but I'm not in a guild yet and my friends are unavailable. I'd log in during irregular times of the day, scream in OOC for half an hour and then log off. Repeat the next day, and the day after it, and I never get the chance.
I found out about Project LFG but it's practically barren at this time and it seems like a shame.

Your problem is you are not putting in any effort to find or form groups. Most people on P99 will flat out ignore someone saying they are LFG in OOC. Make your way to where you want to group and see if they have room, a waiting list, or form your own group. I'm not trying to be a dick so don't even try to take it that way. I'm just telling you the best way to actually find or form an XP group. Good luck out there!
