I played on some shitty emu server with nilbog before P99 and was part of the circle that planned this project when that server shut down. Had a forum where details were discussed. I recall debating that boxing should be considered if it turns out that the playerbase is just too small to function without it. The server launched with like 70 players and I remember nodding and telling myself "yep, should've had boxing."
