(rumored to despawn 1 minute after spawning, but still unconfirmed). The book spawns on the bedside night stand in the bedroom located in the top floor of Maestro of Rancor's building.
– Wandering NPC's and MOBs will pick up the book if left lying, so be quick in picking it up!
