I’d grab a Circlet for 200p so you can safely travel (and con) the surrounding NPC’s since you don’t get Gather Shadows for 10 more levels.
Also, when in doubt drop some peridots for a level 1. Shop and fill a bag. Drop and log back in the SK. Find a spot people don’t walk around to or ask someone nicely for transfer help. You don’t need to have a blank bag slot. It will be held on their cursor.
