The dev team has already put hundreds of hours into this patch and it is all tied to one big switch. It's 90% complete and we are just waiting for a couple bug fixes and the last few content related things. Should release on time.

In case you haven't been made aware, a few items are missing from the February patch (most notably skill cap increases for hybrid classes). Are these missing changes set to be applied with the March patch?
