On Killing Bankers
Hello friends. We've been getting a lot of petitions about players killing NPC bankers in various cities, notably Neriak and Halas. Killing bankers is not against server rules, but zone disruption is. If you show up to bank and the NPC is not there, do not immediately /petition. If you're actively banking and someone pulls and kills the banker without any sort of warning in /ooc or tells, you should reach out to the player before petitioning. If you both cannot resolve the issue, you should then petition us for mediation. It's also possible to interact with the banker and access your bank while it's engaged on a player, but not always.
